Goodwill Industries of Michiana Stand Down Events in NWI

Goodwill Industries of Michiana’s Veterans Resource Network will be holding two Stand Down events in the Region. They’re meant to help veterans access a variety of support services all in one place. Goodwill says at each Stand Down, veterans and their families can connect with numerous veteran‑specific organizations offering housing, health care, mental health, clothing, and food assistance, and other resources. One of the events is coming up August 15, 2026, at the La Porte Civic Auditorium, another is scheduled for September 19, 2026, in Porter County at Ivy Tech Community College in Valparaiso.
