HBO has issued an open casting call for child actors, aged 9-11 in April 2025, from the U.K. and Ireland for its upcoming Harry Potter TV series. Applicants are required to submit two short self-tapes, with a deadline of Oct. 31. The show, slated to film during 2025-2026 in the U.K., will be produced by Francesca Gardiner, known for her work on Succession, His Dark Materials, and Killing Eve, with fellow Succession alum Mark Mylod also executive producing and directing multiple episodes.
