An 18 year old Gary man is dead after an apparent homicide from early this morning. The Gary Police Department reports they were dispatched to the Aetna section of Gary, at approximately 1:30am, and found Norman Eskew unresponsive in the middle of the street, in the 11-hundredth block of South Hamilton Place. The Lake County Coroner's Office reports Eskew sustained multiple gunshot wounds, and was pronounced dead at the scene. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact Gary Police.
