Less than four months after selling a ten-million dollar winning Hoosier Lotto ticket, a Highland retailer has sold another big winner. William Poe of Highland claimed his winnings Thursday morning from a Powerball ticket worth one-million dollars in Wednesday night's drawing, for mathcing the first five numbers but not the Powerball, and he bought it from Witham's Sav-a-Stop on 45th . The Hoosier Lottery says Poe always plays his own numbers, which are a combination of his family members birth dates and months. The jackpot has rolled to an estimated $253-million for Saturday.
