
Confessed serial killer Israel Keyes grew up attending a church that preached hatred of Jews and two of his childhood friends were white supremacists convicted for a shootout with police. While Keyes told police that he would cross the country to find victims to kill because "he liked to do it," he also wanted to keep his confessions secret to protect his reputation. Keyes, 34, by his own account was a split personality.
