Sean Payne was arrested for public intoxication in Texas. Humble Police said they received a call from employees of Shamrocks Pub on Oct. 4, 2012 about Payne's behavior, according to KTRK. He was allegedly so drunk that officers had to hold his head up for his booking photo.
