Tyler Dagley, an Australian citizen who was vacationing in Hawaii when he crashed his jet ski into Kristen Fonseca on Aug. 5, was sentenced today to time served, according to ABC News affiliate KITV. He was also ordered to pay a restitution fee of $78,000.
