Photos: 'Grey's Anatomy' Star Sells Home Actress Katherine Heigl has reportedly sold her home in the Los Feliz neighborhood of Los Angeles. Zillow notes the home's listing shows a pending sale, so it's not clear if she and her husband country singer Josh Kelley received the $2.569 million asked for when they listed in late November 2012. She bought the home for $2.55 million in 2007. The house spans 3,690 square feet with 4 bedrooms.
