Citizens and activists from Indiana are joining hundreds from around the Midwest in Chicago today to give the Environmental Protection Agency their thoughts on reducing carbon pollution from existing power plants. Today's public listening session wraps up a total of eleven held around the country. Katy McFadden with the Sierra Club's Beyond Coal Campaign says the EPA is asking for the public's ideas before going to the drawing board.  A new rule is being issued in June 2014. The EPA is also accepting comments online. The session is from 9am to 4 pm at the Metcalfe Federal Building on Jackson Boulevard. [Photo courtesy/EPA]
