24 year old Zachariah Grisham has now been charged with felony reckless homicide and felony neglect of a dependent after a judge found sufficient probable cause during a probable cause hearing this afternoon in LaPorte County Superior Court. Authorities report officers were dispatched to a residence on Farmington Drive in Terrace Acres Mobile Home Park, just after 3:30pm Sunday, and upon arrival determined three year old Lance Wilson had been killed as the result of a gunshot wound. The LaPorte County Sheriff's Office reports Grisham had been living with the victim and his mother at the trailer, and an investigation continues. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the LaPorte County Sheriff's Office or Michigan City Police.
