Supreme Court Stays Out of IN Planned Parenthood Funding

The Supreme Court let stand lower court rulings blocking enforcement of the law since shortly after its passage by the 2011 Legislature. The nation’s highest court announced today it declined to accept the case, so Zoeller says Planned Parenthood of Indiana can continue to collect Medicaid funding as it continues to offer abortion services.
