The Lake County Coroner's Office is once again seeking your help in locating the family of 63 year old Gary man, who died at Methodist Hospital, Northlake, in Gary, on January 12. The Coroner's Office reports Vincent Lamont Demus was a black male, six-feet tall, weighing 250-pounds, with no tattoos or scars, balding, with a receding salt and pepper hairline, and had a goatee. Authorities says Vincent Lamont Demus, whose last known address was 2580 Adams Street in Gary, was born in Cook County, Illinois, on February 24th, 1950, to parents Mable H. Lowely and Washington Demus, and that he has an ex-wife named Marcia James and a daughter Felisa Demus. Coroner Merrilee Frey says they are reaching out to the public again for information, due to the successful response for help in locating family or friends of Michael Bleck, which the Coroner's Office reports an investigator is currently working on that case and that because of the information provided, they are now closer to finding relatives of Bleck than they previously were.
