Four Portage residents were arrested and a three-year old boy removed from the residence by Child Protective Services after a drug raid. Portage Police report the raid took place at approximately 8:46 Wednesday morning, in the 33-hundred block of Sunnybrook Street, to serve a warrant for 26 year old Frank Quarles, but upon entry discovered Quarles, and three other adults, smoking marijuana in the living room while the three-year old child was found in a hallway bathroom, to reportedly keep him away from the marijuana being smoked. Portage Police report a search found cash, drug paraphernalia, and packaged marijuana for individual sale, along with weapons.
