The Chicago Tribune is reporting a paperwork issue is holding up a shipment of human heads at O-Hare International Airport. Published reports say the embalmed heads were shipped from Rome apparently on their way to a research facility in the United States, but their specific destination was unclear, leading Customs officials at the airport and other federal agencies to investigate.
