Crews are on the scene of a truck rollover accident that occurred shortly after 1:30 p.m. this afternoon.   The truck has blocked the Broadway on ramp to the eastbound Borman (80/94) and rubberneckers are backing up traffic eastbound on the Borman, as well.  Two heavy wreckers are on the scene to upright the truck.
