Indiana State Police Lowell Post Has New Commander

Indiana State Police Lowell Post has a new District Commander. Superintendent of the Indiana State Police Douglas Carter announced today that Sergeant Terry Gose, an 18 year veteran of the department, has been promoted to the rank of Lieutenant and will serve as the District Commander of the Lowell Post.

Also receiving a promotion from Superintendent Carter was Master Trooper Gerald Michalak to the rank of Sergeant. The 17 year veteran will be transferred to the Laboratory Division where he will serve as a Crime Scene Investigator. Both men are native to Lake County who currently reside with their families in Porter County.
