General Motors announced today it will recall 1-point-3 million more cars. ABC News reports this recall -- for a power steering concern -- comes on top of the 2-pont-6 million cars recalled for faulty ignition switches. GM says power steering could fail on some Chevy and Saturn, and Pontiac models dating back to 2004 and in other cars made as late as 2010. In some cases, the entire steering column needs to be replaced. GM says repairs for the recalls announced so far this year will cost the company three-quarters of a billion dollars.
