The pressure to extradite Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman appears to be mounting. Guzman, captured over the weekend, has been indicted for drug trafficking in several jurisdictions across the US. ABC News reports the cartel's reach allegedly stretched well beyond Mexico. In a city like Chicago he was able to control up to 80 percent of the drugs. He supplied all the drugs to two of the most powerful gangs there, the Latin Kings and Gangster Disciples both of which are responsible for hundreds, if not thousands of deaths. Guzman is accused of running a multi-billion dollar drug empire which is responsible for 25-percent of all drugs entering the US.
