Demand and Drought to Drive Up the Cost of Milk

The cost of milk could shoot up. ABC News reports the dairy industry is predicting prices will jump 50 cents or more in March. The blame is going to increased demand for cheese production. Add to that demand from China and California's drought, which is making it harder to grow feed for cows in California -- making it more expensive to feed the animals and the cost is passed on and expect it to get even worse if the drought continues.
