Carly Simon relisted her two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo in New York City's West Village for $2.495 million. According to The Real Estalker blog, Simon first listed the duplex in 2008 for $3.85 million. Two years later, she listed again for $2.975 million. The property has two wood-burning fireplaces, exposed brick walls and only two other residences in the building.
