Former New York City mayor Ed Koch will be buried today and New Yorkers, fond of their cantankerous mayor, would answer his question 'How'm I doing?' by saying just fine. Koch's penchant for speaking with the public and the press stands in contrast to today's politicians who go to great lengths to avoid them.
