
Vice President Joe Biden, on his second day of meetings on gun violence Thursday, met with supporters of gun rights including the the National Rifle Association and Wal-Mart, one of the largest sellers of firearms in the country. He told reporters he would deliver a list of recommendations to President Obama Jan. 15th and that a better system for background checks would be at the top of that list.
