Elvis Presley's former Beverly Hills estate has hit the market for $12.995 million according to Zillow. The King of Rock bought the four-bed home for $400,000 in 1967. He lived in it with wife Priscilla and daughter Lisa Marie and he continued to live in it after they divorced in 1972.
