
Former President Bill Clinton, who once called Barack Obama's candidacy a "fairy tale," will tonight perform some of the old magic, lending his star power and endorsement to a onetime foe. Clinton headlines the second night of the Democratic National Convention in Charlotte, N.C., and will officially nominate President Obama, a role typical performed by the nominee's running mate.
