Fond has reportedly been living in the 5-bedroom, 7-bathroom home with Perry, who has worked on albums for Carly Simon and Rod Stewart. It was built in 1942 for Ronald Reagan and his first wife, actress Jane Wyman and has 340-degree views of the Pacific Ocean.
